This class covers: Smoother shifting, ratcheting, using your dropper, emergency braking, regular or goofy footed, 6 different standing bike postures, conquering obstacles, front vs back wheel tracking, intro to cornering and more.

I will demonstrate and call out when to stand, sit, lean your bike for corners, make climbs easier, charge at obstacles, tackle roots, when to shift, or use dropper, and we'll conquer and session your first actual chunky rock garden and techy root ride.

It's time to learn to drop! Learn front, back and both wheel lifts. Next we will take it to the wooden drops and learn to drop safely.
